1. Services Offered

The Palm Guy LLC provides in-person palm tree frond pruning services. All services are performed on-site and are subject to assessment and acceptance.

2. Payment

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We primarily accept cash. Venmo and Cash App may be used upon request. No invoices are extended beyond the date of service. 

3. Booking & Cancellations

Services are scheduled through direct communication (text or phone call). Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or emergencies. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service for safety or logistical concerns. 

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the service has been completed. 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is clear and safe for pruning activities. This includes removing personal items, securing pets, and keeping children away from the work zone. Any delays caused by unprepared sites may result in rescheduling. 

6. Safety & Liability

The Palm Guy LLC carries general liability insurance. While all services are performed professionally and with care, the client acknowledges and agrees: 
- The Palm Guy LLC is not liable for incidental property damage unless caused by gross negligence. 
- The Palm Guy LLC is not liable for injuries occurring on the premises unless due to clear neglect or unlawful behavior. 
- Customers assume all risk in allowing pruning services on private property. 

7. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes or future tree health. Pruning is don to industry standards, but palm frond regrowth and resilience to environmental conditions cannot be promised. 

8. Weather & Emergencies (Force Majeure)

We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule services due to severe weather, natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will notify clients as early as possible. 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of the State of South Caroline. Any disputes shall be resolved under state jurisdiction.
